Ubuntu 8.10 just around the corner.

Ubuntu 8.10 is coming up and I’m eager to install it when it does. Along with the basic updates, this new version brings 3G network support, better driver installation, install from USB,  faster Synaptic searches, faster start ups, and possible hard drive damage. But they’re working on it.

Each user will also have the option to have a private and encrypted directory for their files. I hope they make it a standard option.
